FRE Resources served as the General Contractor for this 18,000 SF build-out for Marriott International. This reservation center houses196 agents and was completed in nine weeks. FRE was able to procure long lead items including UPS and the computer room air conditioner by utilizing its national network of vendors and direct-purchase program. This was the third Marriott project for the FRE team and once again all schedule and budget expectations were met.
